He’s incredibly encouraging, makes sure my technique is correct, and pushes me in a safe way. Thanks to him, I’ve gained confidence and have been making consistent progress toward my goals.
It has been great working with Derrick. He gently pushes me to push my limits. He keeps the workouts interesting and of high intensity. He's also been flexible with meeting my hectic work schedule. I appreciate that he’s open to my feedback and is willing to adjust exercises to accommodate my bad knees and lower back. He really makes the whole workout experience feel a lot less like boot camp and more like a good thing for my body and health.
